
Return & Refund Policy-Physical products (Print on demand)
Since all of my non digital products are made and shipped through my trusted production partner, Printful, their return policy applies to all orders.
🧵 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please reach out to me within 30 days of receiving your item. I’ll submit a report to Printful on your behalf, and if they confirm it's their error, they’ll cover the replacement costs.
📦 Lost Packages
If your package gets lost in transit, please contact me within 30 days after the estimated delivery date so we can file a claim. Again, Printful will handle these situations if it was an error on their part.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Because everything is custom-made just for you, returns and exchanges for buyer’s remorse (e.g., if you change your mind or ordered the wrong size) are not accepted by Printful. I’m happy to help with sizing guidance before you place your order, though! If you really want to exchange an item, I can place a new order for you at your expense.
Note: Face masks and other sealed items can’t be returned due to hygiene reasons.
🏡 Wrong Address or Unclaimed Shipments
If the shipping address you provided was incorrect or incomplete and your package is returned, you’ll be responsible for reshipping costs once we’ve confirmed the correct address.
If a package is unclaimed and returned to the Printful facility, it will be held for 30 days. After that, it’s donated to charity—so please keep an eye on your tracking info!
📬 Return Address
All returns go directly to the Printful facility by default. If they receive a returned item, you’ll be notified by email. If for any reason the return address is changed to your own, you’ll be responsible for handling any returned shipments.
🇧🇷 Customers in Brazil
If you're in Brazil and want to return an item due to a change of mind, you must contact me within 7 days of receiving your order, along with a photo of the product. Printful will assess whether the item was used or damaged before processing a possible refund.
🇪🇺 EU Consumers
Under EU law, personalized or made-to-order goods (which all items in my shop are) may not be eligible for return. Additionally, any sealed goods unsealed after delivery (like face masks) can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
If you notice an issue with your order or product, the quickest way to resolve it is to contact me as soon as possible so I can submit a problem report to Printful on your behalf. I’m here to help and will do my best to make things right! 💌
